Kathleen is an attractive, competent lady with dark curly hair and deep dark eyes. She is a tremendous asset to our church, serving as secretary of the Board of Trustees and working in many other ways, especially with Rev. Mary Jo.

She grew up in Ohio, attending college there and studying English and Art. Kathleen’s family was Catholic, but she says they were very intuitive and connected to nature, particularly her grandmother and brother. She came to Denver in 1973 to visit a sister, and came back two years later to stay.

In 1983, Kathleen was invited to be trained as a trainer for non profit groups. In this, she found her true work. Today she trains trainers for these groups, as well as for corporations, libraries, banks and government agencies across the country. Now she is branching out into online training.

Kathleen describes herself in the old days as an “angry, agnostic Catholic.” Then she began to to search elsewhere, finding author Shakti Gawain, A Course in Miracles, and finally, classes at Mile Hi Church. Four years ago she found us at Easter and felt at home. She feels the church has incredible potential!

Kathleen loves to read, cook Italian fare, and train dogs. She also intends to have a horse someday. What an amazing lady to help our church reach that “incredible potential!
